COACHING SESSIONS WITH CALY
Challenges are oftentimes viewed as obstacles in life...as something to hold us back or keep us stuck in our tracks. Caly, however, is a firm believer that challenges are actually opportunities ~ HUGE OPPORTUNITIES for growth! We can either allow ourselves to stay stuck in our muck or we can tap into our power and push through, exclaiming YES, YES, YES!!! It's a choice!
Coaching is a great way to help you push through whatever it is you may be facing. As a Certified Professional Coach and Visionary Leadership Coach, Caly will support you in attaining your goals! If you're interested in coaching, you will be sent a form to complete that asks you questions about what YOU WANT to achieve. No two coaching programs are the same, as each is unique to help you meet your goals (and let's face it...everyone has different belief systems, styles of working and ways that they're motivated). Afterwards, Caly will meet with you on a regular basis (via phone or Skype) to work alongside you. After each session, you are e-mailed personalized assignments to help you move closer towards your goal(s). Coaching takes commitment! This is not where we meet once-a-week, chat for 45 mintues and then you hope for change to show up. You take steps and ALLOW CHANGE!
